Each assessment brings a unique lens, some are ideal for 360 feedback and all bring useful insights for communication, collaboration and managing leadership derailers.
Each leadership assessment includes briefing sessions and are often part of a leadership one to one, group or team coaching engagements.
Leadership Circle
Comprehensive 360 leadership feedback assessment exploring both the creative competencies and reactive tendencies — mindsets and behaviour, that can drive or derail leadership effectiveness and impact. Based on adult development, it goes to the heart of exploring your operating model, identity, and leadership behaviours.
Hogan Assessments HPI, HDS, MVPI
Comprehensive personality inventories providing three detailed reports identifying individual’s strengths when you are at your best (HPI), common derailers when you are stressed (HDS), and your personality from the inside with your core values, drivers, and interests (MVPI).
Lumina Spark
An individualized psychometric profile of your strengths and development areas for better self-awareness and improved working relationships with others. Provides insight into persona patterns such as your ‘hidden treasures’, and ‘paradoxes’ and your three personas, lenses, that assess your underlying persona, your everyday persona, and your overextended person in times of stress.
