Group coaching
Group coaching offers courageous conversations in supportive groups, where leaders learn from each other’s experiences and create valuable connections and community. Conversations are held in a safe, open sharing environment and participants support and hold each other accountable driving learning and growth.
The group coaching program is designed to meet your leadership development needs. We can help your organisation design and facilitate group coaching programs that meet regularly over a 4- to 6-month journey, including insightful resources, tools, and assessments. The program can be created as a standalone leadership development program or supporting and embedded within a corporate leadership development program.
We also offer company or public group coaching on other leadership topics including Positive Intelligence, emotional well-being.
